One of the leading properties that distinguishes Sarıkamış, which has one of the longest ski tracks and which is calle “Insburg of Turkey’  from other ski tracks is the type pf the snow that falls in the region and its volume. The crystal snow that is only found in the Alps other than Sarıkamış is extremely convenient for skiing.

Despite the fact that it is sunny most of the year , the snow does not lose its freshness on the day it first snows. There is no risk of an Avalanche on the ski tracks of Sarıkamış, where the average temperature is 3-4 degrees annually (the lowest is 32 and the hottest is 33 degrees).
